I don't even think this review will convey just how marvelous the Abbey Station was for our daughter's wedding. We held both the ceremony and reception at the Station. Our daughter and her fiancée are in the military and stationed overseas in two different countries which left the majority of planning to me. Tanja was a dream to work with and made it an absolutely enjoyable experience. When my daughter came back for a short planning visit Tanja worked with our schedule and was always quick to get back to us when there was a question. 


The venue turned out absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff, including Al and Collen, were amazing. They know so many vendors and worked well with all of them. Al went above and beyond the day of the wedding. I'm almost a little sad it's all over with because I enjoyed getting to know the staff and will miss seeing them.

I had my wedding & reception at the Abbey Station last Summer. We were very happy with the customer service. Tonja, Al & Colleen were so helpful in planning our event.  The price for rental of the venue was cheaper than most places and included all tables, chairs & linens (minus chair covers).  The only downside is that you have to use their caterer (Bridges Catering) and buy alcohol from their bar. Our guests were very happy with the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they have had (pasta buffet). We had a very tight budget and they were willing to help us find the best selection for the price. 


WOW, they did such a great job making sure the evening went smoothly. So many of our guests (especially out of town) commented all night on the great food and atmosphere. While it was the most expensive choice of my wedding, it was definitely the most impressive. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and the food - I only wish I could do it over again!

The venue was perfectly grand and elegant. They worked flexibly with us to come up with the precise menu combination we wanted, and even let us in for a special dance practice session so we could make sure we had it spaced right on the dance floor. The food on the action stations was great and plentiful. They reacted quickly to needs that arose, and were very professional in managing everything.

Our reception at the Abbey Station was perfect! The setting was elegant and timeless, the food was wonderful and the staff knew just how to make everything run smoothly. I received many compliments on how well things went, as if I had anything to do with it! =) I would highly recommend the Abbey Station if you are looking for an elegant space and top notch service.

We just had our wedding at the Abbey Station. The event was everything we wanted and more. We had such a good time! I wish I could do it again. For us the price was very reasonable for what they provide - an elegant setting, gourmet food, elegant food service, and the expert knowledge of pulling and running the event in a classically elegant style. My now husband thought they did a good job at putting to ease my worries during the planning and worries I did have. Our guests raved about the food! One guest who is gourmet chef around New York city said it was the best wedding food she had had! For us this was quite a compliment. Other guests thought it was the most organized reception they had attended. We credit this to the event coordinator that evening. She did a stupendous job and all we have is high praise for her hard work. The other thing we liked about the Abbey is they had worked with all the vendors we had selected. They worked together as old friends! They also did a great job at meeting our special requests as well. There was a lot of time spent on researching our special brand of champagne. We even learned a few things in the process. The Abbey is very upfront about some of their policies so there are should be no surprises down the road (i.e. that confetti can't be used etc)... I would recommend the Abbey to anyone!
